Domestic rates are based on weight and route — far cheaper than air freight because there's no customs and no overseas carrier. A small parcel between Colombo and Jaffna typically lands in the low-hundreds-of-rupees range. We'll quote you the exact rate in 60 seconds on WhatsApp.
