How pickup works

Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us your address, what you're sending (roughly), and where it's going. Photos welcome — they help us quote on the spot.
We confirm a slot
Within minutes during working hours. Pickup is usually same-day or next-day — we'll give you a 1–2 hour window so you're not waiting around.
We arrive at your door
Our team comes in a branded vehicle. They weigh, measure, photograph, and label your parcel right at your home or office.
You get your tracking number
Before we leave, you have a tracking number and a digital receipt on WhatsApp. The parcel is on its way the same day.

Pickup is included anywhere we have a branch — across the Jaffna peninsula, the Vanni, the East, and Colombo. Not in our zone? Message us anyway — we can usually arrange a paid courier to bring your parcel to the nearest branch.

Anything you want to send
Sealed parcels, loose items, food packs, electronics — we take it as-is and pack it properly if needed. Bring it out, hand it over.
Weighed and measured on-site
Our team carries a digital scale and tape. You'll see the exact billable weight before the parcel leaves your house.
Photographed for your records
We take pictures of the contents and the sealed parcel. You get them on WhatsApp — useful for insurance claims and customs.
Customs paperwork done for you
We pre-fill the customs declaration and any country-specific forms. You sign in 10 seconds, we handle the rest.
Quick packing tips before we arrive

- Use a sturdy box close to your parcel's size — less empty space means less damage
- Wrap fragile items in newspaper or bubble wrap; tape edges of any cardboard
- Don't seal the box yourself if you're unsure — let our team check before closing
- For food: dry only, double-bag spices and powders, label clearly
